Our SMS services are available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Campaign Registration and Compliance
When we submit campaigns for registration (e.g., 10DLC campaign registration with carriers), we do so in compliance with applicable Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA), and carrier requirements. All campaigns are registered with proper use case descriptions, sample messages, and opt-in/opt-out mechanisms as required.
We maintain records of consent for all recipients and ensure that messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior express consent. We honor all opt-out requests promptly and maintain a suppression list of opted-out numbers.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
