5.2 Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Suron is not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier.

5.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message received from Suron. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5.5 No Condition of Service

SURON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

SURON DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT, JOB PLACEMENT, OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES. WE FACILITATE CONNECTIONS BUT DO NOT CONTROL HIRING DECISIONS MADE BY EMPLOYERS OR CANDIDATES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SURON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SURON'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID SURON IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suron and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
